While a client was in the process of determining their event schedule, calendar dates were mostly filled in with "TBD" and a note suggesting the "Notify Me of Changes" option. Here an update note with preliminary results from the two-week website development period:

• 105 people have used the “Notify Me of Changes” to event feature. When I recently updated the calendar, e-mail or text messages were automatically sent to those 105 people, notifying them of the new event information!

• 69 people used the “Reminder” feature. There’s somebody they really want to see and when they receive their e-mail or text message reminder – at the day and time they choose – they’re more likely to remember to attend!

• 21 people used the “E-mail Me Event Info” feature. Most likely, when they received that event info, they forwarded it to people on their distribution lists!

• 28 people have used the “Download Event” feature to add an event to their Outlook, Facebook, Yahoo or other calendar. They’ll set a reminder and be sure to be there!
